Vacant Staging

According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), 82% of buyer's agents agreed that staging a home made it easier for a buyer to visualize the property as their future home.

By first previewing your listing, we then present you with a detailed Room by Room outline of what we feel is needed to properly market your listing. with the listing Broker, We work as one cohesive team for fast results.

We offer flexible 30, 60 and 90 day rental options, prorating after your initial rental period if needed, due to being under contract.

We have a $2,500 minimum on vacant staging services

Owner Occupied Staging

The first step would be for one of our Signature Staging stylists to preview the listing room by room. This preview does NOT include room by room recommendations. A pre-market consultation may be added for an additional fee, discussed prior to our arrival.

Options for rentals are presented much like our vacant staging services (see above.)

Note, for protection of our inventory, we do not provide soft goods in homes that have pets, or smokers.

Pre-market Consultation

With our comprehensive Pre-market Consultation, we’ll walk through your home with you, or your Broker prior to listing.

Being an Occupied Staging Specialist, we provide room by room recommendations to get your home SOLD.

Once the walk-through is complete, we can provide additional solutions to get the job done. From recommending contractors, to oversight of the actual work (let us help - moving is stressful enough!), to coming back prior to photos for final styling.

Photo Styling/Market Ready Refresh

Photos online are the first place a buyer will see your home. This service is for the client who needs a quick tune up prior to photos being taken.

This service is also for Brokers who want to focus on the photos, and not fixing the space (do you really want to spend your time karate-chopping pillows?) Or, a newly hired Broker on an existing active listing that was sitting on the market with a previous Broker. We can provide quick and effective changes for fresh listing photos.

Is moving in and getting setup taking too long? Given we can stage our listings in a day, let us help you with your new home. Imagine leaving for work in the morning and coming HOME to art on the walls, furniture placed and surfaces accessorized. Let us help you start your new chapter!

We would meet with you prior to your move to discuss a plan with your existing (or newly purchased items). That way, after your items are moved, we will come and work our magic.

  • Our installation schedule typically books one to two weeks in advance. Once we have an accepted proposal, signed service agreement and a 50% deposit on services, we can secure an installation date.
